Launching revolutionary cinema lenses to a new audience on a limited budget

Working with Rokinon’s North American team was a joy. The initial challenge was to create a product launch video on a small budget but with maximum impact. To do this, I created a storyboard that captioned the desired aesthetic in the smallest studio setup possible. The end result is a simple product video with a strong breakdown of core features in a visually compelling manner.
I worked with Rokinon’s team to partner with Edelkrone, an automated camera movement ecosystem that benefits greatly from the compact and lightweight design of Rokinon’s lens system. -
As the project manager and lead editor, is was my job to bring all of the camera footage to life and ensure that what was shot in the studio could best translate to the final voice-over performance and necessary social channels for distribution fo the campaign.

Introducing Rokinon Cine DSX
As the next interaction of the widely popular Cine DS Lens line, Rokinon Cine DSX improves on several of the core features while reducing the overall weight and size of each lens. This product video was developed with a small studio team to create a seamless-black environment that would allow the red elements of the lens to have the most striking appearance.

Introducing Rokinon XEEN CF
As the next interaction of the widely popular XEEN cinema lens line, XEEN CF is a more lightweight and compact design that allows better integration with camera gimbals, drones, and handheld operation. This product video was developed by working directly with content creators from Hollywood and around the world to showcase the most important lens features.
